This is an hourly service with defined scope and duration, and a popular service for large retained firm clients.
- Contained Full Scale Search - This service provides the client company with exclusive FULL-scale search with defined scope requiring an initial nominal flat non-refundable retainer prior to commencing search. Upon placement of the candidate, the contingent fee balance is paid at a reduced fee.
- Talent Mapping - This service provides the client company with exclusive research to develop a PROACTIVE pipeline of specific industry and/or field specific talent. Many progressive corporate clients find this service effective in the development of talent acquisition strategy initiatives. This is a flat fee service with defined scope.
- Custom Individual Research - This service provides individual confidential research to executives in transition. Many executives have found this service to be a key aid to better prepare them for interviews. This is a custom service with defined individual scope.
